FOOD PRODUCTION

Joint venture with La Flor de Mexico, Los Angeles

If Co Global Fund is to invest in a new gluten and dairy free Joint venture tortilla and frozen entree manufacturing with a leading Partner that currently has a $20M operation handling own label clients such as Trader Joe’s.
As SANA Foods increases its tortilla business with La Flor (now over $2M) and is entering into the frozen meal category with burritos , it makes strategic sense to underwrite Cap X expansion.

The pricing potential of our grain free alternative flour hero crops as opposed to almond flour

Our companies land coconut flour at $1.00 a lb. despite 6 week import time from vendors in Philippines and Sri Lanka, when others process almond flour in California at more than $2.00 a lb. - Flour in Asia was made from a minimal cost of goods bi-product pulp from the manufacturing process of coconut oil. In comparison Almonds require more than 10 gallons of water to make one nut.
