What we have witnessed before and during COVID is a shift towards longer guest stays, extending to months. There is evidence of the demand for community development fueled by a swelling contingency of digital nomads and long stay residences. The opportunity exists to expand a trusted brand to multiple locations where customers can feel at home and yet gainfully work remotely, feeling part of a community. Location proximity to the major North America and even European markets with easy non stop travel is key, as well as uplifting destinations where empowered communities can be created. Sanará and its principals have been approached to expand development and operations in Mexico and spearhead new community builds in other locations, to bring Sanara’s containers for curative consciousness to a greater audience.

SANA Foods Series A and B Investment Grain Free chips and tortillas currently distributed in over 5000 USA and Canada food stores with a $4M-7M runway in 2021. Expanding to frozen entrees in 4th Q 2021 and additional product rollouts over the following year, including crackers and coconut cheese.

Real Coconut Kitchens in Tulum and in Malibu are considered the highest bar in the world for healthy fast casual dining. In addition the Conscious Commitments are leading a “No Compromise” pioneering effort to show how to reduce fossil fuel consumption. 

Real Coconut Kitchen is first expanding into additional locations around Los Angeles, with a central commissary, followed by rollout into further US and International cities, and corporate structuring with marketing input. The RCK Malibu location opened October 2020.

As we considered a scalable model that can impact our world, it became clear that to create sustainability for ourselves and our planet over the coming 20 years we are all required right now to look at consciousness around eating, drinking and our overall dining and kitchen experience. As our population grows, we can either succumb to compromise that may lead to greater suffering or we can commit ourselves to sustainable habits around digestion, gut health, food waste and move us to also support global farmers in their increased organic productivity. This means a shift away from dependency on wheat, corn and red meats. 

We look at food as a pivotal way,
if not the primary way to heal our planet and all who inhabit it.
