IfCo Global is a venture studio involved in the transition of the food industry, one of the most fundamental needs in the world today. We are activating change through a combination of impact investments and management leadership into a symbiotic framework of companies for the sustainability of the planet, the farming industry and every aspect of the food chain that is under increasing pressure.

IfCo Global’s primary directive addresses the critical needs of feeding a swelling population, reducing dependence on irrigated water, expanding and implementing regenerative agricultural programs, and interconnecting efficient food systems, addressing climate crisis by impacting both supply chain and consumer demand.

Current companies in IfCo Global’s portfolio include: multi-national regenerative agroecology supply chain initiatives utilizing low impact crops; alternative, gluten and grain free flour processing and distribution (Influence Farms and Organic Foods Mexico) plant-based consumer packaged retail and food services goods company that also has a focus to disrupt national and local distribution methods (Sana Foods); restaurants, kitchens and city commissaries including a fast-casual kitchen concept producing plant- focused, gluten grain & dairy free menus, meals and market products for localized eating and delivery (Real Coconut, SANA Kitchens, Conscious Kitchens); high potency micro algae nutrition products (Phytovive).

Nourish Ourselves, Nurture Our World

We operate for the purpose of initiating global sustainability change by activating both individual and collective healthy practices around food, water, and land.

From initial success and acclaim in offering service through hospitality, IfCo’s founders, Charlie Stuart Gay and Daniella Hunter questioned, “What If” we can support the path to reconnecting with food at a deep level; honoring the heroes that are our world’s small farmers, activating irreversible supply and demand for the very ingredients that meet UN Sustainability Goals around plant focused food production and consumption, as well as being impervious to any pending danger that water scarcity may bring to society.

As we activate ‘What If’ we influence mass consumer thinking and diets to grain free, gluten free and dairy free and as a result change what is stocked in supermarkets and also change how healthy quick serve fast casual restaurants can be? -  and if we can do this “What if” the demand for these healthy alternative grain free flours and crops can change the economies of farmers all over the world? “What if” all of this results in environments that meet all people where they are at around food and water.? What effect would this ultimately have today on a society within this curative conscious container that is our planet?

What makes us qualified to undertake this
broad-reaching and vital endeavor?

Our experience within the global food marketplace as pioneers of grain-free alternative crops, acclaimed conscious kitchens as well as two decades of impact work in Africa and Mexico has given us an insight into all aspects of food transition ecosystems. Our work connects the possibilities of food as a tool to shift our world: from its source in regenerative agriculture to processing of raw ingredients and distribution, through to food manufacturing, and retail sales for CPG markets. In addition, the Real Coconut Kitchen model as well as SANA Foods has provided a deep understanding of consumer preferences in grain, gluten, and dairy-free recipes and the natural progression to plant-focused and plant-based eating.

By understanding and participating in each aspect of the progressive food systems, we can not only diversify and mitigate risk, but are also able to understand and interpret the shifts in our world towards the vital importance of food systems and their management, both at a local and global level, benefiting each link in the chain, from the source, all the way through to the retail and consumer facing structures.

Today all the above focus and activation into food and water is also an integral integration into the changing landscape of local and global living environments and hospitality., and the impact that communities can have on surrounding areas.

Ultimately creating solutions to nourish ourselves whilst nurturing our world

Why Our Team?

Because of our critical “What If” questions and the  experiential activations  the “Why” and the “What” of our World condition is clear. It is however the pivotal “How do we do this?” And our clarity around the activating steps that is attracting extra ordinary individuals, companies and resources around IfCos entities.

Google, LinkedIn and the company websites  are a good way to make sense of past paths and present union. Charlie built hospitality companies in the UK, opened an Arena, promoted Rock Legends during which time he was sponsored to the States to be a member of a media Icon’s management and then he turned 30.

He has looked inward at his own learnings for the last 30 years and as he did this whilst still following a career path in media, events and brand building, it took his choices to Mozambique as executive director of Nelson Mandela’s last non profit as a patron around Land Mine Detection,, to the micro enterprise slums and fields of Kenya and then to fund the first women's empowerment college in Liberia, supporting the first female President in Africa. 15 years ago Charlie had committed to Social Enterprise solutions to support the emergence of our Planet, as he sensed prosperity and irrevocability in the darkest places and the evidence that brilliance exists everywhere.

It was then in 2009 because of humanity that Daniella and Charlie collided In the middle of the road of their lives. Daniella had made life choices that determined her health since she was a child and had correlated how you eat is how you feel. She had received an economics degree, been a scuba instructor in Sinai and Mexico, practicing the opposite to what she had been warned regarding healing her lungs. Daniella today is considered an exemplary holistic lifestyle pioneer and food alchemist.

Since 2009 together Daniella and Charlie have been activating solutions to nourish themselves whilst nurturing our world.
